Signature’s "VAN" Members are given exclusive access to countless industry-leading and experienced real estate professionals at The Signature Real Estate Companies and beyond. "VAN" Members can use this valuable program to promote their businesses and expand their professional network to include some of the most high-profile and successful real estate professionals in Florida.

Host Educational Seminars
Host a minimum of two (2) (possibly more if time permits) lunches or continental breakfasts at The Signature Real Estate Companies’ (SREC) Corporate Office or SREC office locations to present VAN Member’s products to Signature Team Members. All food and refreshments shall be provided by VAN member.
Clickable Logo Linked to Company Website
VAN Member’s logo and a click-able outbound link from the logo to the VAN Member’s website on the “Preferred Vendors” page on the COMPANY WEBSITE and the www.SignatureFlorida.com websites.
Exclusive Use of Company's "Preferred Vendor" Logo
Authorization from SREC to include SREC on VAN Member’s website and other marketing materials, with a special logo from SREC that states “A Signature Real Estate Companies’ Preferred Vendor” during the term of the VAN Membership. The logo will link back to SREC’s website.
Brochures on Display Rack
Opportunity to place VAN Member’s professional marketing brochure in all of 4 SREC’s offices in the marketing display rack provided by SREC. VAN Member must provide their professional marketing brochures and refill as needed.
Email Marketing
SREC will email to all SREC Team Members, solicitation materials on VAN Member’s behalf, a maximum of six (6) times per year, with marketing materials designed and created by VAN Member and provided to SREC.
Access to All New Agent's Contact Info
Receive a copy of each SREC new hire agent email announcement so VAN Member can introduce themselves by email only, to each new agent. VAN Member may solicit newly hired agents by email only.
Complimentary Tickets to Company Events
Receive two (2) tickets or invitations to most SREC companywide social events (Happy Hours, Office Parties, Fundraisers, etc.) excluding SREC Annual Holiday Party.

All available contact information for the VAN Member will be placed on the www.ContactSARAH.com website for easy access by SREC Team Members.
Promotional Video
A 5+ minute, personal video interview with Broker and Host, Ben Schachter, for www.SignatureTube.com will be produced for each VAN Member or, alternatively, a recorded Video Conference interview. The video(s) will be placed on the www.SignatureTube.com website and the Signature Tube Facebook page.
Logo Placement in Company Annual Meeting Brochure
Recognized in the SREC Annual Meeting Brochure (even if VAN Member does not purchase a table).
Facebook Promotion
Recognized on the SREC Facebook page at least once during the first 90-days of VAN Membership and each renewal period.
Digital Marketing Flyer
Professional digital marketing flyer (JPG) will be made by SREC announcing VAN Member and emailed to all SREC Team Members at least once during the first 90- days of VAN Membership.
Name Tags
Two (2) name tags indicating “Signature’s Preferred Vendor” for VAN Member to wear at appropriate times and locations.
Round Table Discussion
VAN Member round table discussion at least once per calendar year, which will be moderated by SREC to discuss how we can better network together and cross refer each other's businesses. All current VAN Members will be invited to attend.

The VAN program has worked out very well for UNLIMITED SOLAR and once we get even more entrenched with Signature, there will be no looking back. If I were ever to become a realtor, it would be through Signature. In the next two weeks, we are installing, AT NO COST, a few DCV sensors in his commercial space that will automatically save him up to 20% of his FPL bill.
